Justin Mathes was born and raised in Northern Missouri.  Introduced to hunting by his father at a young age, Justin has avidly pursued every sort of game Missouri has to offer.  While Justin’s passion is the pursuit of big game with bow and arrow, he also finds time to rifle hunt, fly fish and do the occasional waterfowl hunt. 

In recent years, Justin has found he spends as much time planting food plots, doing TSI work, planting trees and grasses and checking game cameras as he does in the tree stand.  He is literally obsessed with deer herd management and believes the future of quality deer hunting in the United States is largely dependent upon the active involvement of private landowners.
