Chad had a vision many years ago to form a hunting team that would film their pursuits to share with those who have a love for the outdoors. This vision has now become a reality. When he is not hunting, Chad works as a public school administrator. He has worked in this position for 6 years and is the current principal of Paxton Elementary school in Platte City, Missouri. Chad grew up hunting in southeast Nebraska. Chad has been hunting basically since he was able to walk. He fondly remembers getting up on cold November mornings to go pheasant hunting in southeast Nebraska. Chad credits his hunting influences to his Grandpa Harry, father Gail, and uncle Ace.

Chad began bow hunting for whitetails while in the 7th grade. His 7th grade shop teacher, Del Novell, encouraged him to give bow hunting a try. He took Chad on his first bow hunt and he has been addicted ever since. About 8 years ago,he started filming hunts. Chad filmed hunts mostly for the fun of it without any goals in mind. Over the last couple years, he has started taking filming hunts to the next level by trying to produce an entertaining video of his hunting experiences by keeping the viewer in mind. Chad has over 20 years experience chasing Midwestern whitetails. He acknowledges the fact that the outdoor lifestyle is not a hobby but a way of life. Chad hunts whitetails in northwest Missouri and in his home state of Nebraska. Although he enjoys gun hunting, his passion is chasing whitetails with a bow.
